Community Involement Community Involvement
Discount has a long-standing tradition of giving time, money and hope to local communities through a variety of charitable organizations, causes and events. This commitment to the community grows stronger every year as we build partnerships with organizations in our effort to make a difference, for example, the annual Aids Walk-a-thon, MADD, and many more.
Although it is important that we continue to support these larger charities, we also recognize that there may be a local charity that is close and dear to our employees’ heart. If our employees support or are involved with any local charities and need sponsorship, they can tell us about them….because we want to help!
Discount has allocated funds annually for donations to our employees’ local charities.
Each quarter, there are five sponsorships available to our employees who submit their proposal for their local charity.
