What is the Orientation Program and Circle of Influence Program?
This is a program that includes on-line, classroom and on-the-job training. This program was designed with you in mind. If you are eager and want to move forward in your career quickly, then this is the program for you! Through this program, you can set the pace of your own career. We are confident that the skills and the tools we provide will help you fast track to an exciting future.
Orientation
Orientation is an interactive introduction to Discount, its culture, its values and provides the tools to help you succeed in your career. It is comprised of in class, hands on coaching lead by experienced members from our team including Operations, Fleet, Sales and Marketing. Your training continues with both on line studies and hands on experience in your location.
Circle of Influence
After six months as a Client Service Specialist, you have now gained valuable hands on experience in your branch and successful candidates will be enrolled in the Circle of Influence Program as a Manager in Training. In this new role you will be given the training needed to become a successful leader with on going training in many facets of our business. The Circle of Influence is comprised of several modules which training will be conducted in classroom and with subject matter experts within our company. You will have earned the responsibility and begin your leadership role acting as a trainer to members of your team and helping everyone achieve their goals. Successful participants will move forward in their career and rewarded for their efforts through promotion!
