Terms and Conditions:
- The Lowest Price Guarantee is available for car reservations which have already been booked direct with Discount on its public website, and is valid from December 1st - 31st, 2011. Car must be rented during this time frame. Offer valid in Alberta only.
- Only online retail rates from Discount will be matched against the Discount reservation made. Special offer, promotional, partner, packaged, Tour and rates not quoted via a website are excluded.
- Offer does not include kilometers, mileage, damage waiver, licensing fees, taxes or other charges.
- The claim must be based on a like-for-like comparison of the vehicle type, duration, location, payment terms, rental and rate conditions sold to the same country of residence.
- To redeem this offer, customer must provide printed proof of lower rate at time of rental pick up. Printed proof consists of an actual rental quote or offer from a competitor's website, and must include the full URL at the bottom of the page. Discount reserves the right to verify all claims online before adjusting rate.
- All information must be supplied at the time of pick up or the claim will not be accepted.
- Where a claim is successful, the Discount website rate will be amended to match the lower Discount rate.
- Any claim that can't be verified or where the information supplied is incomplete will not be accepted.
- Discount reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time by giving 24hrs notice to be displayed on www.discountcar.com. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
